On a wonderful hill nearby Bolsena Lake, is located a pretty house
surrounded by lush vegetation to spend moments of true serenity and fun. The
property is located just one kilometer far from the lake. The nearest town
is Marta.

-Viterbo (15 km) the provincial capital, also known as City of Popes, and
famous for its spa.
Marta A charming town situated on the southern shore of the lake. The
tradition originally wants Marta to be born on an Etruscan town, but the
first news we have about the town date back to the tenth century AD. The
landscape of Marta dominated by a majestic tower, with octagonal structure,
which together with the remains of the walls, is what remains of the fort
built by Urban IV in the thirteenth century. On the main square overlooking
the Renaissance Palazzo Farnese. On a hill stands then the little church of
the Madonna Del Monte, where the center part of the traditional Feast is
set.
Island Martana Inside the lake, at just one km from the Marta coast, stands
the Martana Island, famous for the tragic history of Amalasunta, daughter of
Theodoric, queen of the Goths (526-535 AD), forced to divide the kingdom
with her husband and cousin Teodato, from whom she was murdered in 535.
